The packages that have live streams only (Bronze, Gold, Bronze Plus & Gold Plus) will be recorded, and live on the platform that is selected (Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, etc). Video quality will strictly be determined by that platform’s bandwidth/capabilities. We’ll stream at the highest quality offered on the platform, but we are not responsible and do not control the quality of the final video downloaded from the platform.

The packages that include recording of ceremony (Silver, Platinum, Silver Plus & Platinum Plus) in addition to the live stream, will be recorded on our camera for the highest quality. Meaning, we will not be limited to the capabilities of the selected platform (Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, etc), but have a separate recording of the ceremony housed on our memory cards for the highest quality possible. Video will be lightly edited (basic titles, dates, time, etc). This higher quality video will be delivered to customer via Google Drive 1-2 days after the event.

The packages that include additional videographer (Gold, Platinum, Gold Plus & Platinum Plus) will consist of a free-roaming videographer gathering more intimate shots (guests, rings being placed on bride & grooms’ fingers, facial expressions, etc), and overall wedding ceremony to edit into a brief, more traditional highlight/recap of ceremony. This highlight video will be delivered to customers via Google Drive 1-2 weeks after the event. etc). This higher-quality video will be delivered to customers via Google Drive 1-2 days after the event.

If we’re streaming to customer’s Zoom, YouTube, WebEx, Vimeo, etc account, the final video will live on that platform (as stated), and customer is responsible for obtaining recorded video.

If we’re streaming from our own account, then we’ll upload final video to our Google Drive account, and will share to customer. Customer will have 30 days to download video before it’s deleted. There is a fee to re-upload video to our Google Drive.

Please indicate which package you would like, and we’ll submit a contract, and invoice. We’ll grant one consultation (if requested) prior to the wedding for no additional charge.

A 50% deposit is due at the latest, two weeks prior to the wedding ceremony date. The remaining 50% is due at the conclusion of the event.

We will bring all necessary video production equipment (camera, lapel for minister, computer for live stream, lights, tripod, and relevant cables), but If additional equipment is needed such as P.A. equipment, speakers, mobile hotspot, etc that’s not provided by the venue, there will be additional costs determined on what is needed.

Travel (if outside of Houston) will also be factored into final costs as well.
