We hold “Standard” or “Basic” plans on all of our accounts such as Hopin, Zoom, Airmeet, and InEvent. Therefore events hosted on our accounts are limited to the feature(s) provided by those plans. Other platforms charge per event held on their platform, and that cost is separate from our Event Management Service.

If your event calls for more features that are only offered on higher plans provided by the platform that we recommend, then there will be an additional charge by that platform to upgrade to a higher plan. Should you decide to upgrade to a higher plan, but still have us host the event on our account, that upgrade price will be added to the costs in the proposal. We would then make the upgrade to our account.

If your event calls for more features that are only offered on higher plans provided by the platform that we recommend, but you want to own the account then you would be responsible for reaching out to the selected platform, making payment for an upgraded account, setting up the account under your name, and then providing us the login credentials to obtain access. This would not be factored into the proposal as you are handling costs associated with signing up for a new account.

We will deliver all relevant content and information from the event stage, and session(s) recordings, analytical data, poll results, etc. within 72 hours after the conclusion of the event.

If we will be utilizing your account, you will already have access to all of your stage and session recordings, analytical data, etc. It will be your responsibility to download all relevant/necessary data from the event, maintenance of your account, and abide by the terms & conditions set forth by that platform to keep your account active. Ex. We will not be responsible for the deletion of recordings, data, analytics, etc. due to non-payment. You will also be responsible to cancel subscriptions to cease monthly fees from said platform.

We have partnered with a Concierge Service to provide you assistance with the planning and programming of your event. Should you select a package that includes the Concierge Service, there will be a separate process and additional meetings to take you through the planning portion of your event.

If none of our packages work for your needs, we can customize a package to tailor specifically more to your needs.

* If an additional Demo/Tech Rehearsal is requested, an additional fee will be assessed to the contract.

** If the number of registrations exceeds the total amount allowed from the package that you selected, we will assess the additional fees charged to us from the platform to your final invoice (platforms charge us per registrant after the total number of registrants is exceeded). If the event is hosted on your account, you will be assessed fees directly from the platform.
