We carefully review your clips, select the strongest moments, enhance audio and visuals, and edit everything into a compelling, well-paced reel—complete with clean cuts, branded graphics, and storytelling flow—so you can confidently present yourself to event planners, organizers, and decision-makers.
(3D titles, VFX, animations, motion graphics, compositing, color grading, audio design/mixing, etc.)
For each speaking engagement video we receive from you to edit, we estimate it will take a total of 4 hours to edit into a 1 – 3 min reel.

Summary:
Each speaking engagement is $625, and we recommend receiving 3 speaking engagements AT MINIMUM, to effectively capture, highlight your stage presence, speaking style, and message to build and create a polished, professional speaker reel for you. There is no limit to the number of speaking engagements you send to us.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are due in full to start the project.

Up to 3 revisions are included with all editing-only projects.

TRAVEL:
Travel + lodging (In State / Out of State) is already calculated and factored into the price of all of our Speaker Reel packages.
PAYMENTS:
Once the speaker reel package is selected, all payments are due in full immediately, or no later than three weeks prior to the first speaking engagement. A payment schedule is available and can be discussed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of your speaking engagements. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:
1.Notice Period: Clients must provide notice of cancellation no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled speaking engagement. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a 25% forfeiture of payment or deposit.
