Standard Video Editing Rates: $156.25

(3D titles, VFX, animations, motion graphics, compositing, color grading, audio design/mixing, etc.)

For each speaking engagement we receive to edit, we estimate will take a total of 4 hours to edit into a 1 – 3 min reel.

So for each speaking engagement we receive footage for; in this case, 1 speaking engagement would add 4 hours to complete the overall reel.

To calculate the cost it would simply be the rate ($156.25) x each speaking engagement we receive footage to edit (4 hours), which brings the total to edit one speaking engagement to $625.

Summary: Each speaking engagement adds 4 hours, multiply that by the video editing rate, and there is your total price.

PAYMENTS:

Payments are due in full to start the project.

Terms & Conditions

TRAVEL:

Travel within 250 miles of the City of Houston is additionally $175 and will be factored into the final invoice. If travel is required outside of the State of Texas or the 250-mile range, the price for airline tickets and lodging (depending on the length of stay) will be factored into the final invoice.

PAYMENTS:

Once the speaker package is selected, all payments are due in full immediately, or no later than three weeks prior to the first speaking engagement. A payment schedule is available upon request and can be discussed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of your speaking engagements. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Notice Period: Clients must provide notice of cancellation no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled speaking engagement. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a 25% forfeiture of payment or deposit.
2. Refund Policy:
   • Cancellations made two weeks (14 days) prior to the event speaking engagement are eligible for a 75% refund of any payments made, minus a 25% administrative fee.
   • Cancellations made within two weeks (13 days or less) of the speaking engagement may result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment made unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   • In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties, a full refund will be issued if a mutually rescheduled date cannot be reached, excluding any non-refundable expenses incurred by the videographer (such as airline tickets and lodging).
3. Rescheduling:
   • Clients may request to reschedule the speaking engagement subject to availability. If notice is made within a reasonable timeframe outlined in the Notice Period, no additional fees will be assessed.
   • Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and confirmed by the videographer.
4. Client Responsibility:
   • It is the client’s responsibility to notify the videographer promptly of any changes or cancellations to the speaking engagement.
   • Failure to provide timely notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or payment made as disclosed in the Refund Policy.
5. Force Majeure:
   • In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or emergencies, neither party shall be held liable for the cancellation or delay of the speaking engagement. However, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the speaking engagement at a mutually agreeable time.
6. Communication:
   • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone call.
   • The videographer will confirm receipt of the cancellation request within two business days.
7. Amendments:
   • This cancellation policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any amendments in writing.
