Travel & Lodging
Travel and lodging coverage offered during this promo applies to domestic (U.S.) speaking engagements only.
Clients are responsible for covering travel + lodging for the first portion of their selected Speaker Reel package.
Amaz1n Media will cover travel + lodging for the final one, two, or four speaking engagements, depending on the selected package.
Booking Requirements
To lock in your promotional rate, a Speaker Reel package must be selected, contract signed, and full invoice paid between May 15 – June 15, 2025.
Bookings made during the promotional period will apply to speaking engagements taking place anytime in 2025.
Your booking is not confirmed until both the contract is signed and the invoice is paid in full.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled speaking engagement(s).
Cancellations made within 30 days of the speaking engagement will incur a $300 cancellation fee.
Any travel or lodging already booked by Amaz1n Media for a canceled Speaker Reel package is non-refundable and must be reimbursed.
Promo Eligibility
This promotion does not apply to the “Editing Only” Speaker Reel package.
Offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers or discounts.
Content Creation Details
Clients may choose which speaking engagement(s) will be used to create the social media reel recap(s) included in their package.
All video deliverables (speaker reel and social recaps) will be provided in high-resolution digital formats suitable for both web and social platforms.
